After Killers of the Flower Moon, Napoleon and Argyle who each had the right to a cinema release, Apple has another surprise in store for us in the coming months: a new Apple Original which will be released in theaters around the world. This new film produced by Apple Studios features actors Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson in a story exciting.

Updated 23/11 : The film will be broadcast on December 6 on Apple TV+, after a failure in theaters with only $42 million in revenue worldwide.

Apple will meet us on July 10, 2024 at the cinema to discover its new film “Fly Me to the Moon”, a film which will tell the story of Kelly Jones (Scarlett Johansson) and Cole Davis (Channing Tatum) who work at NASA. Jones is a marketing expert with the goal of boosting NASA’s image in the United States and around the world and Davis is the director of a mission that will be at the heart of the Fly Me to the Moon storyline. .

For the production of this new film, Apple partnered with These Pictures, a fairly discreet production company which is at the helm of several upcoming films, such as Featherwood or even Flange. For distribution, Apple has entrusted the reins to Sony Pictures, a sure bet for promoting a new film at the cinema.
