At the same time as iOS 18.3, we have iPadOS 18.3, something quite common for Apple, since it usually releases the versions of all its devices at the same time, even though some devices have more new features than others.
Our first impressions of iOS 18.3 are quite poor, and we do not see substantial changes in it, so, at least for now, it seems to us to be a version more aimed at stabilizing the new functions of iOS 18.2 than at bringing us new ones, although it is Of course it is a first beta, and it should not be something to take into account, since we could see new features in the next ones.
It is expected that this will be released before the incorporation of the Spanish language and the release of Apple Intelligence to all users in Europe, so it would not be that big patch that we Spaniards are waiting for.
If you want to try these updates, the first thing you have to do is sign up for the Apple developer program, since the first betas are only released for them, later being public and finally official. Once done, the steps will be the same as for any other update:
- Go to Settings > General > Software update.

In short, no details have yet been revealed about what’s specific to iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3. However, Apple continues to make progress in integrating its “Apple Intelligence” technology.
