23 Xiaomi phones and tablets will be updated in February. These will be the news

The Xiaomi development team continues to update its phones in circulation, and has already made public its update roadmap for this month of February, which we are approaching the middle of. A roadmap that includes upgrade up to 23 mobile phonesmany of them for sale in Spain.

We are talking about security updates corresponding to the latest publication by Google for Android, and that will bring the phones that receive it up to date in terms of phone data protection, also including improvements to Android itselfalthough most are minor.

23 Xiaomi phones will be updated in February

To the list of 21 Xiaomi phones that were going to be updated to the latest version of Google’s security patch, and that were already known, two other new models are added whose OTA update has been released in recent days. These two phones are the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Both keeping MIUI 13 in its version 13.0.7.0.

In the aforementioned security patch that is now adapted to Xiaomi mobiles, Google incorporates up to four fixes that affected Android and that are resolved as of this month of February. These corrections are the following:

  • Accessibility: Fixed issue that prevented touch interaction with the Braille keyboard under certain conditions
  • Audio: Fix for issue that occasionally causes instability while Clear Calling is enabled under certain conditions
  • Bluetooth: Fix for issue that occasionally prevents connection with certain Bluetooth devices or accessories
  • Structure: Fixed an issue that occasionally prevented work profile calendar information from updating in the background
