Telecommunications operators have been looking for a way to increase their income for some time, and the sale of devices has been one of the fastest growing segments, so Vodafone has not hesitated to expand its offer by announcing its own ‘smart’ platform from which other stores will offer their products.
After strengthening its installment payment program through Vodafone Flex, and the appearance of a mobile store without permanence, the operator has now decided to strengthen its proposal with a new marketplace where you will sell all kinds of products.
Exclusive for customers and integrated into My Vodafone
Vodafone has developed a new space in the My Vodafone App in which private contract and prepaid customers, self-employed workers and micro-enterprises will be able to purchase thousands of products through a secure and reliable payment gateway, more than 100 selected sellers that go beyond the technological sector,
The main novelty that the new Vodafone Marketplace brings is that it will be able to anticipate customer needs, discovering and recommending new products in which they might be interested.
Vodafone has started the first pilot tests and it is expected that it will be available to its customers before the summer of 2023. The Marketplace will enrich the offer with new product categories such as home, security, health, urban mobility, sports or toysand will increase the variety of its catalog of electronic devices that until now could be purchased at the operator’s online store.
Hand in hand with their partners mirakla world leader in Marketplace software, and adyenthe global financial technology platform, Vodafone customers will be able to view, compare and purchase thousands of products from more than 100 vendors that have been selected by a team of experts and all follow the quality and social responsibility criteria established by Vodafone.
