In the Vivo mobile catalog, the Vivo Y series is made up of its most modest mobile phones, in the entry range. In Spain there are several of them for sale, such as the Vivo Y16 from last year that now has a successor, the new Vivo Y17s. The Vivo Y17, by the way, was already launched in 2019.
The Vivo Y17s is a new simple mobile with Helio H85, 50 megapixel dual camera, battery with fast charging and some interesting details such as the screen with 840 nits or IP54 resistance certification.

A cheap mobile phone without fear of splashes
Vivo has a new mobile for those who ask for little and they don’t want to pay much either, the Vivo Y17s, which is on sale for a price, at the exchange rate of less than 150 euros.
The Vivo Y17s is a new entry-level terminal with MediaTek’s Helio G88 on board and a generous memory configuration: 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storageexpandable via MicroSD.
Vivo is committed to the design of semi-flat edges and a 6.56-inch LCD screen that focuses on brightness instead of resolution or refresh rate: it has HD+ resolution and 840 nits, maintaining the usual 60 Hz. On this screen we have a drop-shaped notch with the 8-megapixel front camera.
Behind, the Vivo Y17s has a minimalist design with great prominence for the camera module with two lenses. The main one is 50 megapixels and the secondary 2 megapixel one, for portrait mode.
The Vivo Y17s has a battery of 5,000 mAh that supports 15W fast charging and goes on sale with Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13 pre-installed on top. It has a minijack, the fingerprint sensor on one of its sides and boasts IP54 certification against dust and splashes.
Versions and prices of the Vivo Y17s
The Vivo Y17s is official for the moment in Singapore and is available in green and purple colors. It has a single 6+128 GB version and its official price is 199 Singapore dollars, which is 136 euros to change right now.
