More and more emulators for iPhone are landing in the iOS App Store. Without going further, In mid-May a new PSP emulator emerged which joined the already present Delta, RetroArch and Gamma.

Folium: the new Nintendo 3DS emulator for iPhone
Folium has been very recently launched in the App Store for iPhone and while it offers compatibility with retro games of Game Boy Advance and of nintendo dsis the first to have support for gaming Nintendo 3DS. So fans of Super Mario Bros, Zelda or Dragon Quest are in luck.
Folium is a beautifully designed, high-performance multi-system emulator that allows you to play retro console and handheld video games, currently including cores for Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS.

The long-awaited arrival of emulators to the App Store
iPhone and iPad users have spent many years waiting for the official release of their favorite retro game console emulators. That emotional nostalgia that invades the hearts of the most veteran players causes great expectation when it comes to enjoying old titles on a modern device like the iPhone.
But now, finally, the emulators for iPhone are official and little by little we are seeing how developers create virtual consoles for retro games that are increasingly more technical, powerful and, why not?, with more visual designs. Personally I wouldn’t spend 5 euros to buy an emulator, In my case I still play with my favorite retro consoles like PlayStation, Super Nintendo or Game Boy Color. But I understand the pleasure and satisfaction that comes from playing a retro game on the iPhone screen.
There are already a ton of emulators for iPhone with support for the most popular video game consoles of the 90s and 2000s: Nintendo DS, PSP, SNES, PlayStation… What console would you like the next emulators to emulate?
