If you want to watch TV on your mobile and you have an iPhone, surely in recent weeks you have been looking at Android users with envy. IPTV applications are very helpful if we want to have traditional TV channels on our mobile, and one of the best is TDT Channels.
It was available in both the Google store and the App Store, but a few months ago they had to close for different reasons. They recently reappeared in the Play Store and now the app has returned to iOS in beta form. Next, we are going to teach you how to install DTT Channels on the iPhone.
How to download and install DTT Channels on iPhone
The first thing you should do is download the app par excellence on iOS to get betas. It is about TestFlight and you can download it directly through this link. If you’ve never installed a beta, you don’t have to be suspicious, since this application has been developed directly by Apple.
The next step is to go to this link and select “Start testing” on the button that appears just below the DTT Channels icon. It is a very simple process, it will take you directly to the App Store and you can download the application.
Once this is done, you do not have to go through TestFlight to enter the DTT Channels app: It will appear either in the main menu or in the library Of applications. Once we have the application, the fun begins.
How to add TV channels to DTT Channels
When you open the application you will see several completely empty sections. You will have to manually add the contentbut it is the easiest thing you can imagine.
At the bottom you have the little icon of the nut to go to ‘Settings’. Inside there are several options, but the one that interests us are the ‘Lists’. If you click on ‘TV’ or ‘Radio’, a menu will be displayed with three options:
- Enter a URL
- Look for
- Keep

If you already know the URL you want to add with the list of IPTV channels, paste the link in the blank space, click save and that’s it. If not, you have to hit ‘Search’ to open a website with different options.
We are going to make it easy for you: access the DTT Channels page and copy list link json.

Once this is done, you press save and, now yes, in the ‘TV’ section you will see the public channels. This is not like Netflix, HBO Max or SkyShowtime, where you have video on demand. Here what you are going to see is live TV, as if you were in the living room.
When you select a channel you will see a progress line of the program being broadcast, as well as the programming of that day so that you can get an idea if something interests you or not.

And, if you want to start watching the channel, simply click on ‘Search stream’. In addition to watching the content on the mobile, you will be able to send it to a device via AirPlay and you can also watch the channel in the background with a PiP mode while you are in any other application.
Now all that remains is to wait for the final version to arrive, but thanks to this DTT Channels test, Watching free TV on the iPhone or iPad is much easier.
