Since its launch, Among Us has multiplied collaborations, but the latest one is particularly surprising. While Capcom is launching the collection Ace Attorney Investigations on PC and consoles this week, offering remastered versions of both games on modern platforms, studio InnerSloth is taking the opportunity to add the character of Miles Edgeworth, from this series, as free cosmetic DLC starting September 9.

This collaboration with the famous Japanese franchise Ace Attorney promises to bring a unique touch to the game, as illustrated by the image shared by the two publishers on X.

If you haven’t played Among Us yet, which has been a huge hit during the Covid-19 lockdowns, it’s an online multiplayer game where players take on the role of crew members of a spaceship. Their goal is to complete tasks to keep the ship running smoothly. However, among them are one or more impostors whose goal is to sabotage the crew’s efforts and eliminate them one by one without being discovered. The game focuses on cooperation, social deduction, and deception. To do this, you have to discuss, accuse, and defend yourself, even if you are among the traitors. A truly addictive concept, to which the graphics do not do justice.
Ace Attorney
For its part, the Ace Attorney series has a strong presence on the App Store, with many titles available for over ten years.
The principle of the game is to embody a defense attorney, usually Phoenix Wright, in criminal cases. The game is divided into two main phases: the investigation and the trial. Each stage requires a lot of preparation, strategy and adaptability. The characters, often memorable, are far from easy and linear, bringing their share of twists and turns to the story. The objective is obviously to have your clients acquitted.
