According to 9to5Google, the new design doesn’t replace the existing one, but rather complements it. We’ll see the bottom bar when it launches, but changes to a ball when the Assistant is waiting for a response.
Until now, the entire bar was monopolized by the Assistant, thus blocking us from controlling music or switching applications with shortcuts.
