iOS 16.5 version revealed the next Beats Studio Pro!
After a while without updating its line of headphones, it has been confirmed that a new edition of the Beats Studio Pro is on the way, and it could replace the older Studio 3s in the Beats lineup. But this time the news has not been released by an external leak, but by Apple itself.
The information they confirm the existence of the new Beats Studio Pro was seen in the images found in the internal files of iOS 16.5which launched on Tuesday for developers, while the official release is expected next week.
Beats Studio Pro in sight
Some of the features included in this update Beats Studio Pro includes better active noise cancellation (ANC) and transparency mode, and even the debut of custom spatial audio. It is also expected to have a USB-C port for charging and a custom Beats chip, just like the company’s latest releases.
Although in general terms the design is quite similar to that of the Beats Studio3, unlike these, will not display “Studio” branding on the headband. And according to the images, these will be available in four different colors: black, white, dark blue and brown.
According to information shared from 9to5macthe Beats Studio Pro may be being developed in association with artist Samuel Ross, who has worked with Beats in the past.
It has been reported that in addition to the Beats Studio Pro, Apple has been working on the development of the Beats Studio Buds+. Code found in iOS 16 reveals that Beats Studio Buds+ they’ll support features like audio sharing, automatic device switching, and “Hey Siri,” just like AirPods and other wireless headphones from Beats.
But unlike headphones that use Apple’s H1/H2 chip, the new Beats Studio Buds+ will be equipped with a custom Beats chip.
In the meantime, there have also been hints of updating the most popular headphones. In the Release Candidate version of iOS 16.4, it included references to some new AirPods models which have not yet been revealed.
At the moment, the Studio 3 are priced at 399.95 euros, without offering any transfer mode. For now, it’s unclear if Beats Studio Pro will replace Studio3 or be a more premium alternative. There is also no exact date for its launch.
