Fresh reports surfacing online suggest that Apple has asked its employees to return to work from office at least three days a week and those who are not doing so are getting some serious warnings.
Apple is tracking the attendance of its employees and will warn them if they do not come to the office at least three days a week. According to the tweet, Apple will monitor employee attendance and warn employees if they don’t show up 3x per week. Apple’s managers are ‘strict’ about attendance and employees are said to come into the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Many employees of the company are worried that they can be fired if they do not meet the prescribed criteria.
The report also states that Apple has completely stopped hiring for some roles and limited people for others. In 2022, Apple announced that starting in September, employees would be expected to work in the office at least three days a week. The policy was intended to encourage collaboration and foster creativity among employees.
