Bridgerton is the focus of season 2, Anthony Bridgerton and the new character, Kate Sharma, was the complicated romance. While Anthony (played by Jonathan Bailey) has been kind of a main character since season 1, there’s no denying the magnificence the character has grown into while he has an undeniable chemistry with Kate (played by Simone Ashley).
