Tech News Desk – If you are Samsung, LG, Xiaomi users then there is no good news for you. Actually, the information about a trusted malware program of the devices of these companies has been leaked, due to which the security of these devices has become weak. That is, by taking advantage of this weakness, hackers can disguise themselves as trusted apps with fake apps or malware and hack your device. As reported by the Google Android Partner Vulnerability Initiative (APVI), the new flaws could allow malicious programs to tamper with the system of an affected device. Signing keys used by Android OEMs have reportedly been leaked outside the companies. With the help of this key, the operating system is signed in. To understand it in simple language smartphone companies ensure a key to sign in to the device, which is legal for Android and made by the Android OEM.

With the help of this key, sign-in can be done in different apps. Since this key is now available to scammers and hackers, hackers can exploit this vulnerability and gain access to users’ data. In such a situation, the danger has increased for Samsung, LG and Xiaomi users. Although APVI has not mentioned the list of companies in its report, it is being claimed that keys of companies like Mediatek Revoview and szroco have been leaked along with Samsung, LG and Xiaomi. According to Google, this problem was revealed in May this year, after which many companies including Samsung have taken important steps to control its threat. To stay safe, users need to update their phones with the latest software and apps. Also avoid downloading and installing the app with the help of a third party app.
