The trailer also reveals that actor Glenn Morshower (Bloodline, Ozark) is returning to the Call of Duty series, lending his voice and likeness to the game.

Modern Warfare II’s campaign can be played a week early, starting October 20, for people who pre-order.
Modern Warfare II multiplayer will be released on October 28 when the game officially launches. It’s not the only new Call of Duty game coming this year, as Warzone 2.0 arrives in November.
The first gameplay video for Modern Warfare 2 was released in June and featured a nearly eight-minute walkthrough of a level called Dark Water, in which Task Force 141 is seen infiltrating an oil rig.
According to Activision:
“Modern Warfare II features a physically-based material system that enables state-of-the-art photogrammetry, a new hybrid tile-based streaming system, a new PBR decal rendering system, world volumetric lighting, 4K HDR, as well as a new GPU geometry pipeline. All of this is in the service of a massive film campaign.”
