Tech News Desk – Google launched Pixel Buds Pro earbuds in July last year. At that time the company had said that it would add some special features like EQ later. The TWS earphones received support for 5-band EQ and left/right volume balance in October 2022. The company added support for head-tracking as well as spatial audio to the earbuds in March. Now the company is soon going to introduce a new feature in its Pixel Buds Pro, with the help of which you will be able to hear the sound well even in noisy places.
Clear calling feature will be available in Pixel Buds Pro
Google is now reportedly preparing a major software update to bring clear calling feature to Pixel Buds Pro. According to a report, apart from bringing the clear calling feature to the Pixel Buds Pro, Google may also introduce some more features for the earbuds. These Pixel Buds Pro updates are expected to arrive in the coming months.
What is clear calling feature?
Google brought Clear Calling feature to Pixel 7 and 7 Pro smartphones in December 2022. Now this feature is expected to come in Google’s flagship headphones. Clear Calling helps users hear other people better in noisy environments. This feature filters out background noise to enhance the sound.
Which devices will it support?
This feature does not eliminate background noise completely but reduces it considerably. On smartphones, the feature only works with devices that are equipped with Google’s Tensor G2 chip and don’t support VoIP calls. It is not clarified in the report whether Clear Calling will work in the same way as it does on smartphones.
