At a time when entertainment is everywhere, being able to enjoy free TV channels on our iPhone to not even have to think about Netflix is a very good idea. It is true that not all of these apps are Acestream, but they are the best IPTV applications for the iPhone.
Acestream is a very popular option on Android to watch TV channels directly on the phone, but it is not available on iOS. Not for this reason we have less alternatives, since the list of options to watch TV from our iPhone includes apps of considerable quality.
Applications and services to watch free TV on the iPhone
We can start by reviewing three applications that give us access to the official channels of different groups. The way to obtain the highest quality and also to see complementary information to the programs and broadcasts.
- The list is headed My TV, a service with which we can access all Mediaset España channels. This includes Telecinco, Cuatro, Energy, Divinity, FDF and several more. An application that we can download for free from the App Store and that gives us access to a good amount of content.
- In a similar vein we find ATRESplayer, an app also free in the App Store with which we can see Antena 3, La Sexta, Neox, Nova and Atreseries. It includes a Premium subscription with which we can unlock some exclusive content and remove some ads.
- Finally, in this pack of three we find RTVE Play. The application, free in the App Store, which gives us access to La 1 and La 2 of Spanish Television as well as other home channels and some radio stations.
From here we have to highlight the Tivify app, which gives us access to more than 80 television channels, including some of the above. An app with a very simple interface, although sometimes knowing which channel each broadcast is from can be a bit more complicated than we would like.
Photocall.tv on iPhone
Then, if we already go to the internet, one option is TDTChanels, which gives us access to a good number of the main Spanish television and radio channels and includes several regional stations. Also Diretele that offers us a very similar service or Photocall.tv that allows us, among other things, to record the broadcast of the channels.
The list of options could go on, but unless we are looking for a very specific channel that is not available on these services, the recommended options are the ones we have just seen. The idea, as far as possible, is to avoid having too many services or applications to see our usual channels. With the apps and sites that we have listed, we will have a good catalog right at our disposal.
