Samsung is renewing its smartwatches. In 2024, the brand is launching two distinct models: the Galaxy Watch 7 on the one hand, as well as a Galaxy Watch Ultra that takes on the Apple Watch Ultra head-on. We tell you where and at what price to buy the two new watches.
This year, Samsung is taking a whole new approach to its smartwatches. Unsurprisingly, we have a new Galaxy Watch 7 which is an evolution of last year’s Watch 6. But Samsung isn’t offering a Pro or “Classic” version this time around. Instead, we’re getting a new Galaxy Watch Ultra whose positioning is not entirely new.
The watch is indeed inspired by Apple’s Watch Ultra. It is therefore aimed at a different audience: extreme sports enthusiasts and divers. Or more generally, it is aimed at those who want a more atypical watch with a titanium finish and greater resistance.
Where and at what price to buy the Galaxy Watch 7?
The new Galaxy Watch 7 is available for pre-order starting at €319.99at the same price as its predecessor. Samsung offers it in two sizes: 40 mm And 44 mm. The user also has the choice between a Bluetooth version and a BT + 4G.
The Watch 7 is also available in three colors: White cream), money And khaki depending on the size chosen. So we have 8 variants for Samsung’s new smartwatch whose pre-order runs until July 24, 2024, its release date. During this period, Samsung and its partners offer you a second bracelet.
Where to buy the Galaxy Watch Ultra and at what price?

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is available for pre-order until July 24, 2024. Here too, Samsung and its partners are offering you a second strap for any purchase of the smartwatch during the pre-order period.
Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra specifications
We start with the consumer watch. The Galaxy Watch 7 is an evolution of last year’s Watch 6. No radical changes, however. The new watch keeps the fundamentals aesthetically, but has a new processor engraved in 3nm.
Samsung has also integrated a new BioActive sensor that goes from 5 to 13 LEDs. In simple terms, this advancement allows the watch to offer more precise health indicators: blood pressurecardiac frequency, sleep qualityblood oxygen, or even the stress levels.
In addition, the Galaxy Watch 7 has a new dual frequency GPS which offers a better level of geolocation. Samsung also promises a much better battery life for its new smartwatch. We expect to test all of this very soon.
Finally, for those who prefer the Galaxy Watch Ultra, its design is quite close to that of the Apple Watch Ultra, but with a more rounded format. Apart from its design and titanium case, its features are very similar to those of the Galaxy Watch 7.
It is also noted that she is ATM10 certified versus ATM5 for the Watch 7. In other words, the Galaxy Watch Ulra is much more suitable for swimming and scuba diving enthusiasts.
