Now, Notion Calendar joins the Notion family of products, offering a more efficient way to manage your important events and appointments.
What is Notion Calendar for?
Notion Calendar aims to simplify the management of your daily events, meetings and commitments. The application incorporates features similar to other calendar management applications such as Google Calendar and Cron. If you’ve ever felt like you were missing a more integrated way to manage your calendar in Notion, this app is the solution. Below we show you some of the main features and advantages of Notion Calendar:
- Full integration with Notion: Notion Calendar integrates seamlessly with your Notion workspace, meaning you can view and edit your events directly from your Notion account. It is possible to synchronize databases in calendar format, directly with the application, something that Notion users will greatly appreciate. This makes it easy to sync your tasks, notes, and events in one place.
- Easy to use with a very intuitive design: Notion Calendar has a clean and friendly design that allows you to customize your calendar view according to your preferences. You can change the appearance, the way events are displayed, and the colors of the categories to suit your style. It is also possible to view the calendar on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for greater flexibility.

Finally, Synchronization between your Google Calendar and your Notion Calendar application is immediate. At the moment this is the only way to synchronize, although Notion has already announced that it will also be possible soon sync Notion Calendar with Outlook and iCloud.
How to download Notion Calendar on iPhone?

- Visit the App Store on your iPhone.
- In the search bar, type “Notion Calendar” and hit search.
- Download and install the application.
- Log in– Once the app has installed, open it and sign in with your existing Notion account, then connect your Gmail account associated with your Google Calendar. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one for free.
Notion Calendar will automatically sync with your Notion account, allowing you to access your existing events and commitments.
How to download Notion Calendar on Mac?
If you are a Mac user, you can also enjoy Notion Calendar. Follow these steps to download and install it on your Mac:
- Enter the website of https://www.notion.so/es-es/product/calendar/download/desktop
- Select the type of processor your Mac will use, Intel or Apple Silicon, and tap download.
- Log in– Once the app has installed, open it and sign in with your existing Notion account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one for free. They will also have to synchronize your Gmail account associated with your Google calendar, as we have done before with the iPhone.
It is important to note that, at the time of writing this article, Notion Calendar is available only for iPhone, Mac and Windows devices, as well as in web format. If you are a user of other operating systems, such as Android, you will have to wait for a version compatible with your platform to be released or use the web version of Notion Calendar. At the moment, it is also not available for iPad although it is expected to be soon.
