How to share data from a Samsung mobile

Mobile hotspot

3. Click on the option Mobile hotspot and network tethering
4. Click on the switch next to Mobile Hotspot to activate it
5. You can see the network name and password
6. Go to Settings to edit the information and set the password with which you will share the data

After that, you just have to activate it again whenever you want, or from the quick settings if you see it. If you don’t see this option on your mobile or you are looking for another one, follow the steps below. On the other device, you will have to turn on WiFi. You can also tap the QR code on the Mobile Hotspot screen and scan the QR code with the other device. With the shared connection

By USB modem

To activate this option, you need to connect the USB, otherwise it won’t appear. It’s ideal if you need to download large files or make backups, or a more stable connection than the previous one and you have the cable for it:

1. Go to mobile settings
2. Press in Connections
3. Press Sharing connection and modem
4. Active USB Modem

Via Ethernet cable

Just like a router, some mobile phones can share the connection with a specific Ethernet cable so that the Internet connection is more stable than with WiFi, although you will need to have that cable, so it is not usually the preferred option for many unless they use it for work or for specific purposes where a faster connection is needed. You can activate it like this:

1. Go to mobile settings
2. Click on Connections
3. Press Sharing connection and modem
4. If your mobile has it, tap on Ethernet
