First of all login to chat GPT account and click on your e-mail id shown at bottom left
After this, to delete the chat history by going to Settings, click on the Clear Chat option coming in the ‘General’ option.
Now select the option of data control and click on delete account. Note, you will be able to delete the account only if you have logged in in the last 10 minutes. If you delete your account after 10 minutes, you will have to login again.
