With this new working method, Xiaomi technicians will save more than one visit, since many times the problem is easy to solve and can be solved by the user himself using your mobile or modifying any setting.
If necessary, the technician will send a link to the user to make the video call, which for now will be enabled on smart TVs, robot vacuum cleaners and water purifiers. The user will be able to expose the problem live the technician with your mobile or laptop.
If the problem cannot be solved with the video call, the technician will go totally free to your home if the device is under warrantyand he will solve it physically, since he also knows the problem from before thanks to that video call.
At the moment, Xiaomi has implemented the video call technical service to its users in India, and only in specific categories of productsamong which mobile phones are not yet included, which are the company’s best-selling devices and the ones that usually generate the most problems.
