Instagram is undoubtedly the most used social network to share your daily life, but especially your vacations in the sun. The famous application owned by Meta has just rolled out a big new feature for users who are more into posts than stories. It is now possible to increase the amount of photos in each post.
The post carousel is going to be longer
Good news, Instagram has just rolled out a major change today in the publications you can make from an account. The social network has just increased the maximum number of photos per post. Previously, a user could post a maximum of 10, now it is possible to include a maximum of 20 per post (including videos).
This new feature was revealed by the Meta teams to the media The Verge will improve the user experience and offer more space in a post to share your incredible vacation. A user will be able to add more photos in the same post, which will save him from making 2 or 3 additional posts.
Instagram added the ability to include multiple photos and videos per post on February 22, 2017, allowing users to share up to 10 images and videos in a single post, providing a new way to tell stories. This is a long-standing feature that has been well-received by the community, who saw it as a way to express themselves more without overwhelming their followers’ feeds.
