Chrono Trigger is one of the great classics of video games. It was with great excitement that we followed its announcement on iOS. However, not everyone is necessarily familiar with this title. It is a role-playing game that, at the time, was radically different from what Square (not yet associated with Enix) used to do. Especially through the mechanism of the fights.
The graphics are still as detailed, with varied settings and character animations that haven’t aged a bit. The soundtrack, while not improved in quality, remains a reference in the same way as the game itself. As expected, Chrono Trigger remained an excellent RPG, although its technical execution has aged a little.
