Tech News Desk – Don’t have network on your phone? Are you not able to use internet properly? See, there are many places in India where Airtel’s network comes. At the same time, Jio has tremendous speed in many places. Vi has good speed in some places and BSNL in some places. Now if the service of the telecom provider you are taking and its network or internet speed is not correct in your area, then you can get your SIM port done. The process of porting is absolutely free. what is the procedure ? For this you have to read the news.

Airtel porting process
For this you have to send SMS to 1900 from your mobile number. The format for sending SMS is: PORT (your 10 digit mobile number). For example, if your mobile number is 9876543210, you will send this SMS: PORT 9876543210

You will get an SMS (Unique Porting Code) from 1900. UPC is a 10 digit code, which is used to port your number to another operator. Now you go to the nearest Airtel store. Fill out the Porting Request Form and submit your UPC. You will need to provide some documents, such as your ID proof and address proof. The porting process usually takes 2-3 days. Once the porting process is complete, you will be able to use your old number on Airtel network.

geo porting process
Go to the Jio website and click on the “Port your number” link. Enter your mobile number and click on the “Submit” button. You will get an SMS from Jio with your Unique Porting Code (UPC). Now visit the nearest Jio store. Fill the Porting Request Form and submit the UPC. You have to provide your ID proof and address proof.

porting process in vodafone idea
The porting process in Vodafone Idea is exactly the same as in Airtel. All you need to do is to visit the nearest Vodafone Idea store to port to Vodafone Idea. Rest of the process is same as Airtel.
