The company is introducing the Facebook Creators Incentive “Challenge,” a new incentive that helps creators in the Reel Play bonus program. Meta said it controls how payouts are calculated, which means it aims to honor creators of different sizes of audiences who are creating “high-quality content with people.” Facebook’s ‘Challenge’ is a new way to go through a series of bonuses to reach higher payouts. “Every producer of the program can participate in this series every month,” Meta said in a statement. For example, when your 5 reels reach 100 plays, you’ll earn $20.
