When we say “Netflix”, we make the mistake of thinking only about the service of streaming movies and series. It is logical, it is the main hook of the platform, but it is a shame because we overlook the excellent catalog of premium games that the subscription includes. This is the new Snowman game, creators of the very interesting Alto’s Adventure, and it is a game that seems relaxing, but that will make you tense from the first minute: you must fly at full speed through checkpoints using two simple controls.

The first thing is that it enters through the eyes thanks to a magnificent visual section. It reminds me of Sky: Children of the Light and even Journey, although playably they are three quite different proposals. The draw distance is generous, both the sounds and the music are relaxing, and the character design is quite nice.
But the important thing in games is the gameplay and here We have a proposal that is easy to understand, but that can be difficult to master. We play with both thumbs and the only thing we can do is move them vertically on the mobile screen. Depending on the combination of movements we will turn more or less quickly, we will plummet or we will fly up.
You have to do it with love and softness because these controls are quite sensitive and at the slightest we can deviate from the path. It is important that this does not happen because we are facing a “racing” game, more or less, in which we must go through checkpoints. Some are generously sized, but others are quite small and precision is key.
Besides, as we progress we will unlock new capes and amuletsboth with unique abilities, as well as knowing more about the history of the game.
