If you use TikTok, you’ve probably seen a video of him saying awful things to people at some point. Amadeo Lladossupposed influencer and motivational coach, known on social media as Llados Fitnesswas defendant by more than 1,000 people. Those affected allege alleged crimes of scam and pyramid scheme, mainly for the courses he sells and now, he will sit before a judge.
This supposed influencer and motivational coach has gone viral on TikTok in recent months for his comments. His viral videos refer to people as “mileuristas”, “foking panzas”, “inutiles” and other similar terms that have made him go viral.
All this with the sole purpose of selling courses, a course called “earn your first million”. This course started at 1,000 and for individual mentoring you could charge 10,000 euros or more. But there was no useful information, just absurd advice like getting up at 5 in the morning or doing burpees.
Called to trial for pyramid scheme and hate crimes
Naturally, Llados has been the talk of the town on social media and in conventional media. His messages, clearly derogatory towards others and, in many cases, sexist, quickly went viral. Something that brought him closer to many young people who believed his message and gave him all their meager money.
We have seen how being a student of Llados has been classified by specialists as belonging to a sect. Llados launches messages common to sects, such as worship of the leader, contribution of all economic resources or that member distances himself from his friends, partner and family. Things that can be seen in practically all of his videos. In addition, if you deviate from his “teachings” you will be expelled.
The person who brought Llados to justice was Daniel Estevethe controversial owner of the company UnsquatIn a video he said that he started the process after several mothers of minors asked him for help because their children had been “captured” by Llados. The lawsuit filed brings together more than 1,000 people who have allegedly given tens of thousands of euros to this digital guru.
He is accused of an alleged crime of fraud when he claimed that he would teach students how to become millionaires with his course. There is no evidence that he gave any key, advice or guideline that could help obtain that amount of income.
He is also accused of pyramid schemes for apparently offering discounts to those “students” who helped promote and attract new clients. In reality, the only one who would benefit is Llados, who would be the one receiving the funds.
Finally, he is also accused of alleged hate crimes against overweight people with few economic resources. This is due to his catchphrases such as “fakin panza” or “fokin mileurista” that appear in almost all of his videos. In addition, videos with sexist and misogynistic content are also mentioned.
Llados faces a tough legal battle that could end up dismantling his entire business and his luxurious lifestyle. Up to six years in prison are being requested, as well as large compensations for all those affected. Specifically, it is estimated that those affected would have lost more than 2 million euros, so the compensation could be up to ten times this figure, if not more.
