At the expense of what happens with the merger with Orange, the group recorded an increase in revenue in its last semester. Now, the results of the first 9 months of the yearwhich is about to end, also report revenues with an upward trend.
A sweet 2023 for the MásMóvil Group
The MásMóvil Group has made official the announcement of its results, corresponding to the First 9 months of 2023. That is, from January to September, in which it has registered an increase in income by 6%, only taking into account telco services.
This has meant a positive balance of 1,864 million euroswhich translates into total revenues of 2,232 million euros (3% higher compared to the same period in 2022).
In relation to the financial measures, used to evaluate profitability, MásMóvil has a Pre-IFRS EBITDA of 778 million euros, a top 13% to the previous brand. Once adjusted, this figure rises to 903 million euros, reflecting the growth of the telephone group.
Now, moving to the commercial results, it serves a total of 15.8 million total lines, 4% more than in the 9 months of last year. Of these almost 16 million, 12.3 million are mobile lines and 3.4 million are fixed broadband. These are still positive numbers for the company, which registers almost 5% more clients.
In these months, they have managed to capture almost 430,000 new lines, considering both broadband and mobile postpaid. But the MásMóvil Group does not only live on telephony, but also on other services they provide: it has 2.5 million complementary services such as insurance, energy, health and alarms.
