Meta says that reel creators will benefit greatly from these new ad formats. According to Meta, brands that advertise can now place ads in the Explore feed. Apart from this, some creators will also be able to put profile ads. According to Meta, we are testing ads in the profile feed. Initially, these ads will be tested for creators in the US. Meta has said that new features are being introduced for advertisers to better connect with users on Instagram.
Businesses can now place ads in Explore Home, the grid that people see when they first visit the Explore tab, so users will see more ads in the Explore tab. At the same time, according to a blog post by the company, the instant photo sharing app may force users to see more ads in their feeds. This means that more ads will appear in the user profile feed than before. Meta-owned messaging platform Instagram has introduced a new feature called ‘Notes’. This feature allows users to create short notes with a limit of 60 characters. Notes created by users will be visible to followers in the DM section. Like Instagram Stories, Notes disappears after 24 hours.
