The new software update brings some improvements as well as features. These include the compass widget and a new UI for Pocket Mode. After this firmware update, Nothing Phone 2 users will get a new compass widget that will facilitate detailed navigation. Along with this, support for glyph progress bar will also be available for food delivery firm Zomato. According to Nothing’s changelog, this will improve the screen recorder capture resolution. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It runs on Android 13 based Nothing OS 2.0 out of the box. It has three high-definition microphones and dual stereo speakers. The smartphone can record slow motion videos at 480 fps and time lapse videos at 4K resolution.
