It is quite common to see how the cases we use for PC offer us the ability to greatly customize some of the aspects they have, but due to the great influence that aesthetics have in the video game sector, many brands are choosing to offer new designs that allow creating a much more personal aesthetic. Added to this is the NOX, A very well-known brand in the world for offering high-quality boxes, with its Hummer Plasma, a model that allows the front panel to be exchanged.
One of the great advantages that PC components currently have is the ease with which they can innovate in a large number of aspects, although it is clear that one of the most striking are the aesthetic changes. Now that RGB is no longer a novelty since its use has become widespread, many brands are choosing to offer designs that are very different from the other components in their catalogue, and NOX is no exception thanks to its new box Hummer Plasma.
A new box that stands out for offering superior customization
Many of the PC case models we currently find offer fairly basic customization. In the end, the aesthetics of the case depend on how they manage the colors or the fans they incorporate, as well as the space and some systems that allow, for example, reducing the number of visible cables. But all these customization aspects are quite basic, since in the end it is something that is very common among all the PC case companies currently on the market.
On this occasion, NOX wants to take customization to another level, offering the ability to have two different boxes in one, as it allows us change he panel frontal by two completely different designs, one made of tempered glass that offers a more elitist aesthetic and another made of mesh that favors the cooling of the PC. Both panels are easily interchangeable and support the general design of the case, so whichever one we put it will be extremely pleasing to the eye.
Its design is not far behind in the rest of the aspects
As we can imagine, it is not a case that simply offers a change of panels and that’s it, mainly because it is a model created for a mid-high range, so it must respond to the needs of users who have a budget within these ranges. It is created to house large configurations, and its mid-tower format allows for the incorporation of seven fans, of which four are already included (front and rear), which leaves us with the possibility of installing AIO liquid cooling on the top.
This top part also includes a magnetic dust filter that is easy to remove and replace, making cleaning much easier. In addition, we have the possibility of inserting a graphics card of up to 400mm, which makes it perfect for the new large graphics cards. It also has the advantage of allowing us to install ATX, ITX and Micro ATX format boards.
The new NOX chassis will arrive in mid-August and will have a base price of €110.
