Xiaomi is preparing a tremendously powerful mid-range. After having launched the Redmi Note 12 series in China a couple of months ago, and while we wait for its launch in Spain, the company has practically ready which seems to be the most powerful model: the Redmi Note 12 Turbo.
This device, which will be presented in the Asian country next March 28will be among the first to equip the recent Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, an incredibly fast processor destined to beat any mid-rangeand now Xiaomi has revealed how it will manage so much power.
A lot of power yes, but for a longer time
One of the main disadvantages of more powerful processors like the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will have is temperature. During the first minutes in which we demand maximum power, a mobile can maintain the type, but over time it starts to heat upuntil it is unsustainable.
To mitigate these ‘damages’, we have several options: the POCO more focused on gaming use liquid cooling, a more premium technology; and in the case of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, Xiaomi has just confirmed a huge steam chamber to get a lot of power for much longer.
This steam chamber occupies an area of more than 37 square centimeters inside the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, 35% more than in the rest of the terminals, which will allow much more heat to be dissipated, offering a scandalous performance within the mid-range.
In addition, the company has also confirmed the capacity of the battery, which it will be 5,000 mAhits weight, of 181 grams and its thickness, 7.9mm. Although there is no mention of fast charging, they do dare to mention a duration of 1.33 days of useand to tell the truth it is not bad at all.
This new Redmi Note 12 Turbo will be presented in China on March 28 at 12:00 Spanish time, and most likely it will end up reaching the global market as the new POCO F5, an incredibly powerful mobile with heart-stopping specifications and a scandalous price.
