RED deploys a new 160 GB mobile plan to counter Bouygues Telecom

RED has a habit of remodeling its packages to better satisfy its customers and, above all, to adapt to market competition. The operator has just announced a new non-binding offer of 160 GB at only 15.99 euros per month. The icing on the cake, the price does not move after a year.

If your mobile plan is coming to an end and you want to find out what other operators are offering, the new mobile offer from RED by SFR may be of interest to you. Indeed, the green operator has launched a new package with 160 GB of 4G, with a price that does not change after the first year.

What to expect from RED’s 160 GB plan?

  • 160 GB of 4G data in France
  • 23 GB/month of data in EU/DOM
  • Unlimited calls, SMS and MMS

At the moment, RED’s 160 GB mobile plan is available for 15.99 euros per month. This rate will not change after the first year.

A high-volume plan

If you’re a big data consumer, RED’s 160GB plan has you covered. It’s still more than 5 GB per day to use. With such a volume, you can have fun: surf the internet, connect to your social networks, make video calls, stream, etc. You can even afford the luxury of sharing your connection with your loved ones if the situation requires it. Admittedly, this offer is in 4G, but with 3 euros more, you will benefit from 5G as an option if you wish.

Similarly, if you have to travel abroad, in this case in the Euro zone or in the overseas departments, you will not be deprived because you will benefit from a 23 GB budget. If you subscribe to 5G, it is around 30 GB/month, including 20 GB for Switzerland, Canada, the United States and Andorra. So you’ll stay connected wherever you go.

A no-commitment mobile plan

The good thing about RED’s 160 GB mobile plan is that it’s non-binding. In addition, the price remains unchanged after the first year. You will also benefit from the quality of SFR’s 4G and 5G mobile network. Of course, you can call 24 hours a day to all fixed and mobile numbers and send unlimited SMS or MMS in mainland France and overseas departments (excluding Mayotte).

That said, you should know that each call should not exceed three hours. Beyond this time, the operator will simply disconnect your call. Likewise, unlimited calls, SMS and MMS will only concern 200 recipients of your choice. Finally, if it were to happen that you have exceeded 160 GB, you have the possibility of recharging only once (50 GB at 10 euros) in the month.

To keep your number

You can of course keep your current mobile number by changing the plan. First of all, it is necessary to add 10 euros to the total of your order to obtain the new triple-cut SIM. The change of operator is then made without interruption. It’s free and all you need to do is provide your line’s RIO code when registering.
