It has cost, but in the end it is a reality. After the approval by the State of this aid to promote renting among the youngest, the autonomous communities have already made it a reality. After the launch a few weeks ago of the same aid by the Community of Madrid now it is the turn of the Junta de Andalucía that has started this process.

Documentation to provide and data to consult
With regard to the documentation that must be provided, you should only have the lease that you have signed digitally. The rest of the data you can grant your permits to the Junta de Andalucía so that they can consult them online (income levels, registration…). In the event that you do not grant the permits, you will have to provide the proof digitally.
But in addition to these documents to provide, it is important to have some information at hand before starting the application. One of the most important is the cadastral reference of the property where you are living, which can be consulted at the General Directorate of Cadastre with the address of the property where you are living.
In addition to this, it is important know the type of contract you have, as it will be requested in the application process. Depending on the type of contract, you will be able to opt for more or less aid. These are classified as follows:
- Type 1. Housing contract for a single tenant
- type 2 Housing contract for a single tenant who forms a family or a cohabitation unit with the rest of the residents in the dwelling.
- type 3 Housing contract for several tenants who form a family or a cohabitation unit.
- type 4 Housing contract for several tenants who do not form a family or a cohabitation unit.
- type 5 Room contract. When a person has a lease for only one room.
Steps to apply
As we have mentioned before, the request will be made completely online with the digital certificate and the Autofirma program installed. To do this, you will have to access the application website of the Junta de Andalucía from a compatible browser. On this page you simply have to click on New request to start the process.
This form consists of five screens where all the information to carry out the procedure will be requested. It will start with the data of the applicant that will be filled in thanks to the digital certificate. Only the date of birth and address must be completed.
It will continue with the contact form (by email) for sending the resolution that can take up to 6 months and the account number where you want to receive the bonus.
Next, they will ask for the data of the house you have rented and the type of contract as we have previously commented. It is really important that this information agrees with what is registered in the cadastre itself to carry out the subsequent verification. Depending on the type of contract you have, specific fields will be activated to enter the amount you pay each month for the lease.
It is important also enter the account number where the rent payment is made each month with the details of the landlord. It is important that in this case you keep all the bank receipts, since they can be requested at any time to justify that you are paying the rent.
Finally, you will have the possibility to oppose give permission to the Junta de Andalucía to consult electronically some data from the request. Although for this you must later attach in PDF format so that they can be collated. Failure to submit it may result in the application being denied.
Once you have all the requested data, simply You will have to validate the operation and sign it with the AUTOFIRMA program. From there, a document of the registration you have made will be generated and the deadlines will begin to run so that they can grant you the aid. In the event that there is any discrepancy, they may contact you in order to correct it.
