Within the programming offered by Movistar Plus+ we could find its channel dedicated to the world of bullfighting. We are talking about the Toros channel, included in the platform’s content package exclusively for many years. However, last February we learned that the company was going to get rid of this channelbecoming part of the content offered by the new ‘One Toro’ service.
Those who want to closely follow the fairs of Seville and Madrid within the bullfighting world from their television, just as they did on the Toros channel, will be able to continue doing so from One Toro, active since March 15. Now we know which Movistar channel has replaced the dial occupied by the Toros channel on the platform.
The Golf 2 channel will replace the Toros channel on Movistar Plus+
Movistar Plus+ finally gets rid of Toros and it will be the Golf 2 channel the one that will occupy the space left by the channel dedicated to the bullfighting world. Movistar customers were warned that from March 1 they would not have to pay additionally for the service, as it was going to eventually close its doors.
Although the Toros channel is going to stop being available on Movistar Plus+, the company will continue to offer its content on deferred, being able to count on a wide catalog of part of the content that it has been offering to its clients for more than 30 years. To enjoy this channel, the user had to pay an additional subscription of 20 euros per month.
In the case of Golf 2, which will reach dial 68, only those who have contracted the Movistar Plus+ Sports package. Golf lovers will be able to enjoy competitions such as the Ryder Cup, Augusta Masters, US Open, the North American PGA Tour circuit, and many more. However, there is still no arrival date, since the channel is not yet available on March 23.
As with the other channels, Golf 2 can be accessed through televisions through a decoder, the Movistar Plus+ app for Smart TVs and mobile devices, or its version for browsers if you access it from a computer.
