And it is that the users They are complaining on the networks about problems with the subtitles within the application. Failures ranging from subtitles that appear in the wrong place on the screen, difficulty reading due to the format of the letters or even synchronization problems with the image.

Subtitles in the spotlight

And we are seeing how some users they complain, for example, about the delay in the subtitlessomething that causes problems when viewing content, since these show up at a different time to which they would correspond during playback. Some users even complain about 2 and three second delay.

Along with these complaints, others refer to the lack of subtitles in some languages, as is the case of this user who affirms that there are series in which Spanish subtitles do not appear.

Along with all these faults related to reading, there are others also related to configuration and that is that users complain about reading problems. They complain that when there are white backgrounds, letters of the same color become very difficult to distinguish. Nevertheless, this is something that can be fixed by setting the shading or changing the color of the typography.

It must be remembered that SkyShowtime allows you to activate or deactivate the subtitles, as well as to change the language. All these changes must be made through the web (and this is a problem) within the configuration menu, in the “Account” tab and then in “Settings” where the options to configure the subtitles appear.

You can set a shadow, as well as change the font, size and color or set if you want to be text in a window, whose colors you can also customize. The problem is that all this you have to do from the web and you cannot apply these changes through the application.
