CMF, Nothing’s new “budget” brand, will launch its first products in the next few weeks, probably as early as the end of September. And among them will be a connected watch, of which we now know almost all the details.
At the height of summer, Carl Pei, the founder and boss of Nothing, announced the creation of a new brand called CMF. Designed for small budgets who can’t afford the latest Nothing products — the Phone(2) costs €210 more than its predecessor… — CMF does not intend to sacrifice design or functions.

Pei then revealed that one of the new brand’s first products will be a smartwatch, a first for Nothing, which until now has produced smartphones and earphones. This watch should be the Watch Proas leaked TechLeaksZone who shares documents related to this product.
The watch is said to feature an always-on 1.96-inch AMOLED screen, with peak brightness at 600 nits (compared to 1,000 for the Pixel Watch) and 50Hz refresh. Behind its square screen are said to be measurement sensors heart rate and blood oxygen. CMF highlights an AI-enhanced ambient noise reduction function for calls taken or made from the watch with Bluetooth headphones.
In terms of autonomy, this Watch Pro would hold the shock for 13 days with the “always on” function of the screen deactivated. CMF would not use Wear OS, but in-house software; the latter would offer the user a hundred dials and the monitoring of as many sports activities.
The price in India would be the equivalent of €50, with a launch scheduled for the end of September. Other expected products are headphones with active noise cancellation – the Buds Pro – and a 65W USB-C 3-port power adapter.
