TCL has planted itself in the Mobile World Congress 2023 with a bunch of gadgets under his arm. They have also detailed the NXTPAPER technology that allows extra shine in adverse conditions and that is what they have implemented in some of these devices.
We have already told you everything you need to know about the TCL 403, TCL 405 and TCL 406 and we have also detailed the TCL Tab 11but now let’s go with the characteristics of the TCL NXTPAPER 11 which stands out for its 2K screen, Android 13 and its 8,000 mAh battery.

Designed for productivity with its 2K screen and battery, but also for entertainment
We are going to start talking about the design, since it is something that attracts attention. The back is finished in metal and the camera module, similar to that of a mobile phone and further away from the typical “ring” for the rear cameras of tablets, is in a corner. The resolution is 8 megapixels.
It has a profile of 6.9 millimeters, so it is quite thin, and the weight remains at 462 grams. If we place it horizontally, we have two speakers on each sideso do not neglect the consumption of entertainment.
This is enhanced by the screen. The frames are smallbut enough so that we can hold it without putting our fingers on the screen, and they hide an 8-megapixel front camera.
It is clear that the screen is one of the strong points. It is 11 inches, the panel is IPS and It has a 2K resolution of 2,000 x 1,200 pixels. It has a sensitivity of 4,096 levels and you can take advantage of this with the T-pen, although it is sold separately.
This screen is equipped with NXTPAPER 2.0 technology that, thanks to a series of algorithms and with the help of the brightness sensor, allows high brightness for all types of situations and automatically change the color temperature to adapt to different environments.
Furthermore, TCL claims that backlight “diffuses” brightness instead of toggling it. That, together with the TÜV certification that mitigates blue light, takes care of our eyes more than conventional screens.
If we go to the guts, we have the MediaTek Helio P60T. It is an eight-core SoC that has the PowerVR GE8320 GPU and, in the software section, we have Android 13. The person in charge of powering the entire system is a 8,000 mAh battery with 9V 2A fast charging technology.
Versions, price and release of the TCL NXTPAPER 11
At the time of writing this article, we did not have information on the price of the TCL NXTPAPER 11, but we will update as soon as we have confirmation.
Regarding the versions, it will arrive in ‘Dark Gray’ and Digital Lavender’ colors and it is scheduled to go on sale in May of this year in Spain.
