This Thursday, Billboard has announced together with TikTok the TikTok Billboard Top 50 list, which consists of a new weekly list that tracks the 50 most popular songs on the platform. Specifically, those that are sweeping the United States and that will give you an idea of the musical preferences of the app’s users. Plus, I’m sure they sound familiar to you and you’ve already seen them on the platform.
This list has been compiled taking into account the combination of creations, user engagement and video views, and is updated on Thursday of each week. You can find them in the Billboard app or from your TikTok account. The good thing about doing it from your account is that you will be able to see the ones that are having the most success in our country.
They are sweeping app users
These are the 50 songs that are having the most success on the platform. We show you the 20 that are the most popular, although you can check the other songs in the list itself, which is updated weekly:

Taylor Swift is taking TikTok by storm with several songs, from August, which is third on the list, to Cruel Summer, which is in position 11, Willdest Dreams in position 13 and others. We can also find right next to it a Viral 50 tab, which shows the most shared songs, led by Town Red by Doja Cat followed by What Was I Made For? which will sound familiar to you if you have seen the movie Barbie.
With more than 150 million Americans using the TikTok app, they become a good reference to know what is sweeping the platform on a musical level, but you can still know which ones move the most audiences in our country, find out how below.

- Open tiktok and let it come out any video with music
- Tap on it disk that appears down arrow to share
- After tapping on the disk, you press Use this Sound
- You touch again on the button that appears above with the Original Sound message
- Go down and in Playlists the top 50 of our country appears with the name Hot 50 Spain
