Last month’s renders already gave us some insight into what to expect from them, though they were low-res which prevented us from seeing much more. Right now GSMArena has leaked new high quality images where we can see more details about the new Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 that are about to be released. It won’t be long before we have official information about them and know when their release date is.
These arrive with an optimized version of the operating system Zepp OS 2.0 with integration with Alexa, Amazfit apps and the Mini App ecosystem with external apps such as Home Connect or Go Pro, among many other things that we will highlight below.
This will be the Amazfit GTS 4 and its new strap design
Regarding the Amazfit GTS 4, it can be thought that it is a model with rectangular AMOLED screen 1.75 inch and 390 x 450 pixels, with a new design for the strap accessories that make it more elegant thanks to the braided nylon and leather straps with its black and gold aluminum body.
Also, you will have a crown on the right side to navigate through menus more easily and go back comfortably when pressed. It can be expected to shed 9.9mm and weigh 27 grams without the strap. Its battery autonomy would be 300 mAh, which will allow it to have a autonomy of 7 days with regular use.
Amazfit GTR 4 with circular Amoled screen
The new Amazfit GTR 4 would come with an AMOLED screen 1.43 inch round with 466 x 466 pixels, dimensions smaller than the previous model in a very elegant version thanks to its black frame with minute marks around it.
It features a second polished metal bezel to give it a more premium look. It would arrive in black and silver with an aluminum case and leather, braided nylon and silicone straps. Only has a side crown which probably incorporates the same functions as the GTS 4. Its battery is 475 mAh, which would give it a greater autonomy of 12 days in normal use.
More details and its possible launch
Both models will have speaker and microphone with support for music playback and Bluetooth calls. Furthermore, we find a new optical sensor 4PD BioTracker 4.0 PPG for more accurate measurements throughout the day on heart rate, blood oxygen levels and stress levels.
Rumors suggest that there will be a global presentation this month, although they would be launched next September, which stands out precisely for being the month of the big launches, although we will have to wait for official confirmation to know more details and the specific launch date of the brand’s new smartwatches.
