However, unlike the main games in the series, The Elder Scrolls: Castles adopts a more accessible format for touch screens, similar to that of Fallout Shelterwhich found huge success by allowing players to manage a post-apocalyptic shelter.
In this new title, Bethesda transposes this management formula into a medieval fantasy setting, where every decision you make as a ruler directly influences the evolution of your kingdom and the well-being of your subjects, much like in Reigns, but with more polished gameplay. Players can expect a fairly broad gaming experience, with a combination of construction, strategy and management, all imbued with the distinctive aesthetic and atmosphere of The Elder Scrolls. We would have obviously liked an adventure RPG, but it’s a safe bet that Castles is very interesting.
