The Huawei Band 6 is the latest addition to the Chinese brand’s connected bracelets collection. Its quality sports monitoring becomes even more interesting with a promotion which increases its price from 59.99 euros to 29.90 euros on the E.Leclerc site. It is therefore even less than the last Mi Band from Xiaomi.
To start the year off on the right foot and stay in shape, nothing better than being supported on a daily basis by a connected bracelet. The Huawei Band 6 will be a real sports coach hanging on your wrist thanks to its very good activity tracking, all in a neat design that even makes it look like a real connected watch. Despite all its more than interesting features, its price remains quite affordable, and this is even more the case now.
The strengths of the Huawei Band 6 are …
- Its 1.47 inch OLED screen
- Support for 96 sports activities
- Its structured application
Usually displayed at 59.99 euros, the Huawei Band 6 is currently available at 29.90 euros on the E.Leclerc site.
And if a single bracelet is not enough for you, Boulanger offers a pack of two Huawei Band 6 (one with a black strap and another with a pink strap) at 59.99 euros instead of 119.98 euros.

A connected bracelet or a watch?
With its Band 6, Huawei has bet on a larger screen than previous models. This time, we will be entitled to a 1.47 inch panel, which also has OLED technology. The contrasts will therefore be endless and the colors very vivid. This diagonal and this display quality will be really pleasant to consult all the information displayed on the screen. We could even take this bracelet for a watch, so much it differs from other smaller bracelets and more focused on health monitoring.
Here, the Huawei Band 6 will also be able to display incoming calls and messages from your smartphone, as well as other information, such as the day’s weather. Music control will also be possible, as well as remote photo taking. But beware, this will not be possible with an Apple smartphone. Side autonomy, the manufacturer announces a duration of use of two weeks, including nine days in intensive use. For recharging, it will take one hour for a full day of use, and two hours for a full battery.
Controlled monitoring for health and sport
But its main advantage is indeed its support for a host of sports. The Band 6 will be able to recognize 96 activities, six of which will be detected automatically: indoor walking, outdoor walking, elliptical trainer, indoor running, outdoor running and rowing. Note, however, that the bracelet does not recognize pools of 50 m, which makes it underestimate the distances actually swam. It also does not integrate GPS: you will therefore have to use that of your smartphone during your sessions.
Otherwise, the Huawei Band 6 will also be able to monitor your heart rate, as well as that of the oxygen saturation of the blood. Sleep and stress monitoring will also be part of the game, with breathing exercises to boot. Menstruating people may also be entitled to menstrual cycle monitoring, but for this, they will need to install the latest version of HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services), disconnect their Huawei ID and then reconnect. To find all your recorded data and have access to analyzes thereof, go to the Huawei Health application, whose ergonomics and ease of use will be appreciated.
