The Ecovacs GOAT G1 is a robotic lawnmower that stood out for its clean design and futuristic touches in which the contrast between the white color of the casing and the black tones is striking. In addition, the small antenna to facilitate connectivity gives it the appearance of a remote-controlled toy.
The main feature of this mower is that works autonomously thanks to the use of several cameras capable of recognizing objects. To work, it uses two 3D cameras (a 150° panoramic camera and a 150° fisheye camera) that use Artificial Intelligence to recognize obstacles and offer visibility of up to 100 meters. These cameras also serve as surveillance. of a robot, the GOAT G1, which integrates into the connected home thanks to its Wi-Fi connectivity.
In a similar way to what happens with robot vacuum cleaners, this Ecovacs GOAT G1 also allows you to establish lines, limits and delimit the areas in which we do not want it to mow the grass. For it uses a kind of beacons that are combined with the use of GPS. However, to establish the first mapping, it is necessary to fully explore the entire garden.
