Be very careful when using TikTok
There is a new hot challenge on TikTok that hackers are taking advantage of to sneak in a virus. The challenge is simply record yourself naked while using the “Invisible Body” filter, which replaces your body with a blurred background. This makes it impossible to see what is behind the effect.
This has caused people to start shooting videos in which they appear supposedly naked, although covered by the effect. Cyber criminals have found a loophole here to introduce a virus, as they are creating TikTok videos where they claim to have a special filter to remove that blur and expose the naked bodies of users.
There are many people who have taken the bait with the expectation of seeing their favorite TikToker naked and who have been infected by the “WASP Stealer (Discord Token Grabber)” malware. A virus capable of stealing Discord accounts, saved passwords and credit cards in browsers, as well as cryptocurrency wallets and even device files.Maxime Ingrao

The videos that offered a supposed way of seeing the naked bodies accumulated more than a million views when they were published. Likewise, one of the threat creator’s Discord servers amassed over 30,000 members on the channel. An unfortunate situation that is worth avoiding both for the privacy of the users who upload the challenge and for the possible consequences that this entails.
an alarming trend
A report from the cybersecurity company Checkmarx states that researchers have found two TikTok videos posted by hackers and that they quickly reached a million views. The users @learncyber and @kodibtc, who have already been suspended, were the creators of the supposed filter or application to eliminate the “Invisible Body” effect. They offered this method through a Discord server called “Space Unfilter”.
When victims of the TikTok scam join the server, they may see a link posted by a bot that redirects them to a Github repository where the virus resides So you already know that there is no way to eliminate the effects of the application and even less if it is something immoral like this case. Don’t get carried away by your emotions and don’t download anything from an unknown source from the app.
