The operator of Romanian origin launches the new “My DIGI”a personal customer area to make multiple queries and changes to your contracted products.
What you can do in the new My DIGI
DIGI has updated the client area known as “My DIGI” with the proposals of its clients, incorporating a series of functions that facilitate the self-management of the contracted products and services, with some interesting procedures such as blocking the SIM card in case of loss or modifying your billing information.
In the new My DIGI, which can be access via web or by downloading the compatible applications, new options and advantages are incorporated that allow your customers to manage their products and services in a way much more visual and intuitivewith more detailed information.
The functions included in My DIGI are the following:
- Consult at a glance all the contracted products and services and thus know the details of each of them, for example, consumption information, or better identify the accumulated gigabytes and those included in your product.
- Hire new mobile or fiber products.
- Manage your products: change your mobile phone product at any time, switch from prepaid to contract, unify contracts or switch to Fibra SMART in areas where the operator is developing its own fiber network.
- Modify personal or payment information, know the status of your invoices and be able to pay them directly from My DIGI.
Features for mobile and fiber only customers
It will not only be fiber and mobile customers who can take advantage of the new My DIGI features. Contract mobile customers can easily manage services such as activating or deactivating voice mail, missed call notification, call waiting or SIM lock in case of loss. For their part, prepaid customers will also be able to carry out the aforementioned services, as well as make a balance transfer or request a balance advance.
For customers who only have fiber contracted, they can access this personal customer area to manage their product, download their invoices, contract more products or switch to SMART Fiber in areas where the operator is developing its own fiber network, which right now is available in the Community of Madrid, the Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, Asturias, Cantabria, La Rioja, Murcia and the provinces of La Coruña, Álava, Vizcaya, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Tarragona, Badajoz, Almería, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Huelva, Málaga and Seville.
