Whether you have an Xbox console, or a computer, or both, it is always convenient to have two controllers in your home. This makes it possible to play with several people or to have a controller for the console, and another for the computer. At the moment, the latest Xbox Series controller goes to 48.99 euros instead of 59.99 euros.

Available since the release of the Xbox Series X and S consoles, this controller incorporates most of the well-honed design of the previous model, while making several interesting changes. We find in particular a better grip, a new directional cross and a Share button which can be very practical. Usually offered at 59.99 euros, the controller takes advantage of the end of year holiday season to lower its base price a little.

We usually find the new Xbox wireless controller at a price of 59.99 euros, but at the moment we find it on sale with a PC cable at 48.99 euros on the Leclerc site. It is also available at the same price on the Amazon site, but you should not be in a hurry because the order will be shipped within 1 to 2 months.
The same as before but redesigned to improve the experience in hand
Launched at the end of 2020 to accompany the new Xbox Series consoles, the controller replaces its predecessor of the Xbox One. It doesn’t really change the basic winning formula. We therefore always find the same pleasant shape for hours of cramp-free play, but with a slightly more compact format than before to adapt even more to all hands. Microsoft has however revised its device to further optimize comfort in hand.
The directional cross is now replaced by a circular D-pad, with relief for the four main directions. We are also entitled to a new grip at the rear to improve grip. As for the triggers and analog sticks, they have a non-slip surface for a better grip.
Well known on the PlayStation DualShock 4 since 2013, the “Share” function, or sharing in French, appears via a central button. This allows you to quickly take a screenshot in a game or save the last moments of a game to share your gaming sessions on social networks. However, this function is not available on PC.
Support on various media
This controller is obviously compatible on many media. This is one of its strengths, because unlike its Japanese competitor, Microsoft’s controller can work on a console as well as on a PC and smartphone or tablet, Android or iOS. It can be connected easily via its USB-C port or wirelessly with Bluetooth connectivity or using a dongle. According to the manufacturer, the controller is capable of holding up to 40 hours of play. In this good plan, you will have a cable provided to be able to connect it to your PC.
