The image, even, is incomplete. The Drive noted that many more “high-margin pickups and trucks,” as the firm defined these cars, are being stockpiled at another large plant in Indiana, just a 25-minute drive from the speedway.
What’s going on? The problem for Ford is the lack of components. From a few components that leave incomplete vehicles that have already been delivered to their owners. However, some of them render unusable cars that, despite having four wheels and a steering wheel, cannot be closed or lack chips that allow the use of ADAS aids.
These Ford problems are not new, although it has caused the company to suffer a serious blow on the stock market. In fact, the brand has already closed orders in Europe for its Ford Focus and Fiesta (two of the firm’s most important models) because they were unable to cope with so many supply problems, which has turned investors upside down.
