We are talking about Madrid Mobile, the Official application of Madrid City Council Available free of charge for both iOS and Android devices, the app is constantly updated and has all kinds of features, making it possible to use it both to inform us and to carry out different tasks.
As soon as we open the application for the first time we will find a panel from which we can access each and every one of the available functions. One of the things we liked the most is the Possibility to customize this screen (something we can do from the button located in the upper right corner of the interface) eliminating those options that do not interest us.
If we focus on some of the possibilities that the app offers us, with Madrid Móvil we can access different procedures, open incidents related to public lighting, street furniture, litter bins or roads and sidewalks (to mention a few examples), as well as requesting an appointment to carry out face-to-face procedures.
Madrid Mobile can be of great help when it comes to checking the Location of the different clean pointskeep up to date with different activities and events, buy tickets for swimming pools or reserve sports facilities, among many other things. Some of the functions require us to register (for example, those related to sports activities), although others are available without logging in.
Without a doubt, this is an application that It can’t be missing from your mobile if you live in MadridPersonally, I find the reporting function very interesting, since in just a few seconds we can send notifications in case there is a problem with an item on the street or we want to make a particular request.
When opening an incident, we only have to select an option from the list of available notices, indicate an address, write a brief description with information about the incident and even attach photos if necessary. And the best of all is that we can track in real time of reports and stay informed as they are resolved.
