An iOS 17 trick to customize the iPhone screen
A few days ago we shared a very useful trick to prevent airplane mode from being activated if your iPhone is stolen and today I am going to share it with you A little secret of iOS 17 to customize the iPhone screen in a completely different way.
Today’s trick is to design a dynamic home screen with changing apps at all times based on your usage or your location.
In the screenshot we have attached above these lines you can see what looks like a normal home screen, right? Well, it is not. In reality, these are not individual application icons, but are groups of apps with Siri suggestions.
What you’re seeing here are different app widgets with Siri suggestions that change day by day depending on how you use them. If you use a particular app more frequently, it will appear more often. If, on the other hand, you don’t use an app very often, it will no longer appear.
In this way, with this iOS 17 trick you can create a dynamic screen that changes based on how you use your iPhone. A trick that gives much more importance to your favorite applications and that will be very useful when opening the applications that you use most frequently.
Thanks to this iOS 17 trick, you won’t have to keep changing the order of your apps, which can sometimes be a bit of a pain.
How to create your dynamic screen in iOS 17
So how do you create these app widgets with Siri suggestions? It’s actually pretty simple. Follow these steps to create your own dynamic home screen with iOS 17. It’s also available in iOS 18!
- Access the starting screen from your iPhone.
- Then keep your finger pressed on the screen until your apps vibrate to enter the edit mode.
- Click on the button Edit from the top left corner.
- Select the option Add widget.
- Choose the widget Siri Suggestions.
Once you have completed these steps you will have your own dynamic home screen and you will see how the apps will change automatically.
If you don’t want to see any of the apps in a Siri suggestion group, long-press on that particular app and select the “Don’t suggest app” option. I hope you find this helpful!
