With the help of streaming, users also have the option of being able to watch many of the DTT channels online. And knowing that the vast majority of channels allow you to watch their channels live, there are also many web pages that collect hundreds of TV channels so you don’t have to go crazy searching.
In Genbeta we have already talked about proposals such as TDTChannels, Tivify, and many others that unify a good number of channels. In this article we wanted to offer you another website in which you can have a wide variety of TV channels and know at all times what programs are broadcast on them. We are talking about TVguide.
Hundreds of channels collected on a single website
TVguía is a channel aggregator that unifies many of the channels that we can find on DTT so that we can see them online and for free. All we have to do is enter their website and take a look at all the programming. For this they have several tabs in which we can move to find what they are broadcasting at that moment, the complete list of channels, and even a poll in which every night we can obtain information about which has been the most watched channel among all users who have participated.
The interface is quite simple and intuitive. As soon as we enter we will find a list with all the programming of its channels divided by hours, being able to check what they are broadcasting on each channel and at all times. Here we have simple navigation options between days and hours to be in control of everything that is released. We can also uncheck the type of programming that does not interest us.
If you look closely, on this same page there is also an option to vote, located at the top of it. If we press on it, it will take us to a list of channels in which we can vote and thus find out which is the most watched program of each night among all the participants in the vote. Something like an audience index but in small committee.
By selecting the channels tab we will find all the channels that TVguía offers support. Although all of them cannot be accessed for free, all of them will be selected unless you want to uncheck any of the options. However, there is no option to view the channels live here. For the latter we have to access the ‘online TV’ option.
As you can see, at TV online we have a direct link to the broadcast of each of the channels that appear on the web. In addition, we also find a link to the main page of each chain to find information about all its programming.
In the channels that allow it, we will also find a link to the on-demand television section, to see all the programming that we can see at any time. Here you can include movies, series, documentaries and more. It should be remembered that in this section in RTVe Play we can find a multitude of interesting and free content, such as international films or TVE’s own programming.
Although TVguía offers its service only through its website (unlike others such as TDTChannels), we can always choose ways to send the content to our television and other devices through Chromecast, AirPlay and similar methods.
